Sam: “[Learner asks what the story was about]”
Elena: “A fisherman saw something strange. He said it looked like a person with claws. Like a crab person!”
Sam: “[Learner says if they believe the story or not]”
Elena: “I don’t believe it either. But the fisherman seemed very sure. He said it was real.”
Sam: “[Learner asks about evidence or photos]”
Elena: “No, he didn’t have any photos. That’s the problem. No evidence means it’s probably fake.”

Chris: “[Learner suggests ocean creatures]”
Jordan: “Ocean creatures! That’s a good idea. We can talk about what scientists know and don’t know.”
Chris: “[Learner agrees and suggests talking about research]”
Jordan: “Yes! Scientists do research in the deep ocean. Is it possible to find new creatures there?”
Chris: “[Learner talks about what’s possible in the ocean]”
Jordan: “Great! We can also show some fake videos of sea monsters. People love those stories.”
Chris: “[Learner talks about showing real and fake examples]”
Jordan: “Perfect! We need evidence and facts, but we can also talk about fun stories. Let’s start tomorrow!”
