Sarah looks different these days. She has a new energy at the office. Tom sees her at work every day, but something is new. ‘You look happy lately,’ he says to her one morning.’Yes, I feel great!’ Sarah smiles. ‘I go to the gym a lot now. I didn’t go to the gym before, but now I go three times every week.’Tom thinks about this. ‘That’s good! I want to be more healthy too, but I haven’t been doing much exercise lately. I sit at my desk all day.”Why don’t you come to the gym with me?’ Sarah asks. ‘Many people from the office go there now. It’s the new thing!”OK, I will try!’ Tom says. ‘When do you go?”I go after work on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday,’ Sarah tells him. ‘The gym is very different nowadays. They have new classes and better machines.’Now Tom and Sarah go to the gym together. They feel stronger and have more energy at work. These days, they both smile more at the office.
